This is an exciting opportunity to join the sales department as a Deputy General Manager (DGM) Key Account Manager in the technology and telecoms industry. The role is based in Hong Kong reporting to HQ in India. Focusing on driving revenue growth and establish strong client relationships.

Description

As a DGM Key Account Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and business retention.
  • Identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts and developing strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Work independently to generate revenue from telecom and technology channels in Hong Kong
  • Prepare and deliver all sales materials. Present to clients showcasing the companies range of products and services
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Generate regular reports on account performance and sales forecasts for senior management in India.
  • Adhering to company policies and contributing to the overall objectives of the sales department.

Profile

A successful DGM Key Account Manager should have:

  • Undergraduate degree in communications, business, IT or a related discipline
  • minimum of 15 years of sales and client management within the technology and telecoms industry.
  • Proven ability to independently build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
  • A results-driven approach with a focus on achieving sales targets and business growth.
  • Capability to analyse market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in preparing detailed sales reports and presentations.
  • English, Cantonese and Mandarin fluency is vital for this role.
