What you will be doing?Oversee the full product design and development process, from initial concept through to production.
Conduct market research, identify trends, and apply findings to create appealing prints, patterns, and designs tailored to the USA 主頁 goods market.
Show initiative in expanding product lines and driving innovation in designs.
Communicate regularly, effectively, and clearly with factories to ensure production aligns with design objectives.
Applicants with less experience may be considered for a junior 職位.

Excellent independent problem‑solving capabilities.
Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Hands‑on experience collaborating with factories on product development.
Experienced in using AI tools for design.
Familiarity with textiles and print techniques is an added advantage.
Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
