Responsibilities:

  • Execute global futures and securities orders accurately and promptly across HK, US, A, and B stock markets.

  • Assist with account opening procedures and support various ad-hoc projects as required.

  • Provide excellent customer service and handle client enquiries professionally.

  • Monitor outstanding orders and manage clients margin positions closely.

  • Perform day-end processing and ensure all related tasks are completed accurately.

  • Support additional projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or above.

  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in futures and securities trading; prior experience with OTC products is an advantage.

  • Must hold relevant SFC licenses (Type 1 and Type 2 regulated activities).

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well under pressure and collaborate in a team environment.

  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese; Mandarin proficiency is essential.

  • Familiarity with trading platforms such as Hundsun, Esunny, and Bloomberg is a plus.

  • Willingness to work mid-shift, overnight shifts, and on holidays.

  • Immediate availability preferred.
