Our client 香港 Aero Engine Services Limited (HAESL) is seeking a SuccessFactors Specialist to join their team

The SuccessFactors Specialist will lead SAP SuccessFactors implementation at HAESL, including EC, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals, Time Management, and Payroll. The role involves working with consultants and technical teams to deliver solutions for HR and Payroll operations.

What you'll be doing?

Collaborate: Work closely with HR and stakeholders to understand business needs and define requirements.
Implement: Work with consultants to implement and configure various SAP modules to meet specific needs.
Support: Support the migration of time management and payroll functions to ECP.
Communicate: Proactively communicate project status and escalate issues as needed.
Coordinate: Coordinate with line managers to allocate internal resources for project tasks.
Train: Work with business users on project activities, including progress meetings, workshops, UAT, and system training.
Manage: Manage business changes during project rollout.
Improve: Support continuous improvement of the SAP solution after go-live.

Who are they looking for?

Qualification: Candidates with a Degree in Business Studies, Information Systems, or related disciplines are encouraged to apply.
Experience: Candidates with 5 years of project experience with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors. Experience in different phases of HRMS projects like training, UAT, Data Migration, and go-live is preferred.
Skills: Ability to listen, articulate ideas verbally and in written formats, and interact professionally with diverse groups of stakeholders.
Personality: Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
Language: Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese.
