A 香港‑based financial institution providing a wide range of banking and related services to individuals and businesses.

Job Description

Support MIS reporting and performance tracking for all digital channels under Channel Transaction & Management.
Analyze channel and transaction data to measure KPIs (usage, conversion, failures/errors) and investigate trends/anomalies.
Extract, transform, and analyze data using Python, SAS, and SQL to support recurring and ad‑hoc reporting.
Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations to deliver insights to stakeholders.
Ensure data quality and reporting integrity through validation checks, metric definition, and documented reporting logic.

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Computer Science, or equivalent disciplines.
Over 4 years experience in a data analytics role supporting MIS reporting and campaign management.
Hands‑on programming skills in Python, SAS, and SQL.
Strong capability in building dashboards and data visualizations (e.g., Tableau).
Ability to analyze and interpret large datasets to produce accurate, actionable reporting.
Solid communication and stakeholder support skills (to translate data findings into business insights).

Languages

Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
