Responsibilities:

• Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams such as PR, Social, Creative, Research, and regional offices to ensure comprehensive implementation of marketing activities.
• Oversee, monitor, and execute complex client digital projects and production, including but not limited to Live broadcast production, social content planning & production, website development, AR filters, videos/live videos/IG Reels production.
• Manage and streamline communication with both internal designers and external partners to ensure all projects are delivered timely, professionally, and to the highest standard.
• Drive and monitor the entire project lifecycle from strategic planning to execution, testing, and final delivery.
• Evaluate and analyze digital channel performance across touchpoints including web, search, social media, and email. Take ownership of ongoing analytics projects and reporting needs, including analytics tools implementation, marketing attribution, and tag management.

Requirements:

• University degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a social media management or digital marketing role, with a proven track record preferably within an agency environment.
• High proficiency in utilizing and optimizing social media management tools such as Facebook, Instagram, Threads, and TikTok.
• Solid knowledge of Chinese social media platforms such as WeChat and Xiaohongshu is a strong plus.
• Native Cantonese speaker, with professional fluency in English and Mandarin.
• Advanced creative and content creation skills, with a deep understanding of digital advertising and content promotion techniques on social media.
