The
IT Strategist – DevOps
will join the
Automated Market Making (AMM) team
in
香港
. The team specializes in electronic market-making and quantitative trading across major APAC exchanges, supported by a proprietary trading platform and advanced automated strategies.

The role focuses on developing technical solutions to operational challenges, ensuring the platform remains efficient, reliable, and compliant with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Automate and optimize
  the production platform to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
• Develop and maintain
  tools for:
• Strategy automation and order execution.
• Real-time monitoring of trading strategies, risks, and 職位s.
• Simulation and backtesting environments.
• Design and enforce
  risk controls for automated trading systems.
• Monitor and improve
  trading engine performance during live operations.
• Collaborate
  with IT and production teams to test and implement infrastructure changes.
• Ensure compliance
  with local regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in
  C++/Python
  and relevant toolkits.
• Experience with
  Linux/Unix
  environments.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to resolve issues under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in
  Computer Science
  or related field (or equivalent experience).
