Your Mission:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Supply Chain Executive to support customer order management, retail store replenishment, inventory coordination, and logistics operations across multiple APAC markets. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless order fulfilment and delivering an exceptional customer experience across retail, wholesale, and corporate channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and monitor customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment.
Support Retail operations, wholesale customers, corporate clients, and different departments with order inquiries
Handle customer inquiries and coordinate issue resolution.
Coordinate with different departments on order execution.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock availability to internal and external stakeholders.
Plan delivery schedules, arrange shipments, and follow up on backorders and shipment status.
Support commercial operations across multiple APAC markets, coordinating customer onboarding, order execution, regulatory documentation, and compliance requirements in different countries.
Support new customer setup and customer master data maintenance.
Maintain accurate pricing, customer master data, and sales records in ERP systems.
Assist in month-end sales reconciliation.

The Ideal Candidate:

Diploma or above in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, or related disciplines.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience in FMCG, retail, food & beverage, luxury retail, or consumer goods industries is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and reporting.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin preferred).
