Role Description

This is a full‑time, hybrid role for a Customer Support Operations Manager at Printstop, located in 香港 SAR, with some work‑from‑主頁 flexibility. The Manager will oversee the customer support functions, ensuring high standards in service quality and customer satisfaction. Core responsibilities include developing and improving customer support strategies, managing day‑to‑day operations, analyzing data to optimize processes, and coordinating program management tasks to maintain efficient workflows. The role also involves collaborating across teams to ensure the seamless execution of 公司名稱 objectives.

What you will be working on:

  • Monitor and maintain printer kiosk stations, ensuring that all machines function properly.
  • Manage online printing system and process printing orders for customers; take calls and WhatsApp messages from customers to provide high quality support.
  • Monitor inventory for paper stock and toner level; stock up paper tray onsite and conduct cleaning on the MFPs daily; order office supplies when needed.
  • Perform site visits to our shop 地點s to carry out regular maintenance, including but not limited to overall cleaning, troubleshooting, shop's decoration, etc.
  • Work closely with the team to collaborate various ongoing projects and ad‑hoc tasks.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Support and a strong focus on achieving Customer Satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in Operations Management and Program Management.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to utilize data to improve processes.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in‑office and remote responsibilities.
  • Previous experience in a customer‑facing or operations‑focused role is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
