Customer Success Manager (Telecommunication)

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership: Develop a deep understanding of our carrier customers business strategies, challenges, and goals. Serve as their "external consultant," leveraging Huaweis resources to help them achieve digital transformation and unlock new opportunities.

  • Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders within the marketing and strategy planning departments of our carrier customers. Proactively address their strategic and business development needs, fostering mutual trust and collaboration.

  • Business Insights & Consulting: Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage data analytics to identify emerging opportunities for our customers. Develop and deliver insightful reports and recommendations that drive strategic decision-making.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with technical, product, and marketing teams to ensure customer needs are met. Engage in cross-departmental coordination to facilitate resource integration.

Requirement

  • Experience in business consulting or ICT business data analysis, with proven track record of successful strategic partnerships with clients in the ICT industry.

  • Solid understanding of the ICT industry, with preferred knowledge of wireless, network, computing, and software technologies.

  • Proven ability to think strategically, with a strong customer focus and business acumen.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • A proactive and results-oriented approach.

  • Good command in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (written and spoken).
