職位 Title: Admin Manager (Travel Arrangement) / Corporate Travel ManagerOverview

We are seeking a polished and detail-oriented Admin Manager to oversee corporate travel arrangements and front office operations. This role is best suited for someone with experience in a structured, mid-to-large corporate environment who thrives in a fast-paced, professional setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities in both English and Chinese, and a professional presence.

Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate Travel Management (80%)
  • Manage end-to-end travel arrangements for employees and management, including flights, hotels, visas, transportation, and travel insurance
  • Coordinate complex international itineraries and ensure cost efficiency
  • Liaise with travel agencies and vendors to negotiate corporate rates
  • Handle travel-related documentation and expense tracking
  • Ensure compliance with internal travel policies and provide travel advisory support
  • Resolve travel disruptions or 最後一頁-minute changes efficiently
Reception & Front Office Management (10%)
  • Serve as the 第一頁 point of contact for visitors and guests
  • Manage meeting room bookings and front desk operations
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment
  • Handle incoming calls and general inquiries

  • Provide administrative support to senior management as required
  • Assist in office coordination, vendor management, and event logistics

Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma qualification
  • At least 5 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in a mid-to-large corporate environment
  • Strong experience in corporate travel coordination is essential
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written)
  • Well-groomed, professional presence with strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
