Contract Application Programmer- Java

Responsibilities:

• Implement code changes by modifying existing program code in Java to align with functional and technical specifications, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding and version control.

• Design and execute unit testing and system integration testing (SIT) to ensure quality meets criteria for subsequent testing phases.

• Support testing phases by troubleshooting, managing, and resolving issues identified during various testing stages.

• Update technical documentation throughout the enhancement cycle to record changes.

• Utilize testing tools to automate regression testing.

Requirements:

• Education: University degree and/or professional qualification in Information Technology.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably with a solid understanding of the regulatory environment in the securities sector.

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Java, with experience in J2EE multi-tier / Microservices architecture.

  • Familiarity with Spring Boot, Security, MVC, and Webflow.

  • Knowledge of Spring Data, MyBatis, and JPA.

  • Experience with React JS and Ant Design.

  • Strong skills in Oracle and PL/SQL programming.

  • Prior experience with Katalon is highly beneficial.

• Coding Skills: Proficient in coding within multi-tier and microservice architectures.

• Languages: Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Personal Attributes: Assertive team player with strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills; able to work under pressure. A strong sense of responsibility and impeccable integrity is essential.
