The appointee will be responsible for (a) providing support and management service to the Schools IT infrastructure and systems; (b) providing IT support to end-users; (c) providing IT and audio-visual support to conferences and seminars; (d) providing IT support to a teaching clinic; and (e) performing other tasks as assigned.

Applicants should have (i) a Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Science or relevant disciplines from a recognised university or technical institute; (ii) experience in LAN administration, firewall management and security control, MySQL database management, setup and administration of MS Windows server, Exchange server, Linux server and VM; (iii) familiarity with video conferencing software and settings, such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, etc.; (iv) self-motivation and a mature work attitude; and (v) the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Having a good command of spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) will be advantageous.

Appointment will initially be made on a 1-year contract, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
