Our client, an international law firm in Central is looking for a Compliance Officer, Asia Pacific to join their legal team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide practice support to Asia Pacific region on all the risk, regulatory compliance and conflict matters

• Assisting in KYC, AML and sanctions on clients searches

• Assist in new matters openings and ensure all details are correct with completed of correct inception steps are made

• Audit files to ensure compliance with firm policies, legal and regulatory requirements, provide practical and commercial advice on reputational and commercial implications

• Provide internal training on KYC and AML and updated regulations on a regular basis

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder with at least 1 year experience in risk/ conflict compliance with legal firms/ accounting firms

• Knowledge on AML, KYC legislation framework and regulatory compliance

• Able to develop and maintain relationship internal and external parties, as well as the firm global team and regional offices

• Fluency English and Mandarin in preferred

• Immediately available is a definite advantage
