Chief Financial Officer

• Responsible for the Groups monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.

• Responsible for the review of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports for the Group.

• Work closely with subsidiaries financial reporting/accounting teams and business unit controllers, ensuring accurate and timely month, quarter and year end management reports.

• Responsible for the Groups financial consolidation process.

• Develop, document and be responsible for day-to-day management of Globals financial control environment: o Global and local accounting policies o Global and local controls o GAAP Compliance 

• Develop a plan and set of processes to reduce accounting close cycle to between 5-7 days.

• Provide direction for the Group and local finance functions in coordinating external audit and tax services.

• Provide specific focus with Group Head of Treasury to the Groups cash management policies and procedures across all aspects of the cash cycle. 

• With the Group Head of FP&A support the Groups budgeting and forecasting process and ensure accurate ongoing reporting of variances.

• Actively support the business in increasing automation in its financial processes.
