Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and sell HNB (Heat-not-Burn) overseas business, expand various sales channels according to project requirements, and obtain high-quality and effective channel information.

2. Formulate channel sales plans and organize/implement related channel activities.

3. Integrate channel resources to assist the project in achieving performance targets.

4. Expand key customer resources, plan and execute solutions, and continuously develop new markets and channels.

5. Collect and analyze overall market conditions and competitor intelligence, understand industry trends, assist the company in formulating sales plans and strategies, and propose directions and plans for new product development.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree; 2+ years of sales experience in FMCG industry, Huawei, or overseas channel sales is preferred.

2. Strong customer development, negotiation, and channel expansion capabilities.

3. Proficiency in English as a working language.

4. Strong goal orientation, high stress tolerance, and willingness to travel.

5. Responsible for sales in Southeast Asia, Europe, and Russian-speaking regions.
