Entrepreneurship in a business that relied on innovative design and the use of technology
Technology design
Marketing primarily targeting HK Chinese as the clients' primary future consumers
Responsibilities
Oversee the ongoing operations of the 公司名稱.
Manage and directs the 公司名稱 toward its primary goals and objectives.
Jointly oversee employment decisions at the executive level of the 公司名稱.
Work closely with the 公司名稱's leadership to consider major decisions including marketing and technology expansion, senior recruitment and salesforce growth.
Promote communication and cooperation among divisions to create a spirit of unity in the organization.
Work with other executives to establish short-term objectives and long-range goals, and related plans and policies.
Present regular reports on the status of the 公司名稱's operations to the board of Directors and to 公司名稱 staff.
Oversee the organizations' financial structure, ensuring adequate and sound funding for the mission and goals of the 公司名稱.
Review the financial results of all operations, comparing them with the 公司名稱's objectives and taking appropriate measures to correct unsatisfactory performance and results.
Ensure the 公司名稱's compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards.
Perform other related duties to benefit the mission of the organization.
Requirements
Excellent managerial skills and the ability to take leadership over any business operations area.
Superlative communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate as a leader.
Thorough understanding of management and financial practices in all areas and phases of business operations.
Proven experience in articulating a vision and driving marketing and technology development to create a recognized brand.
Extensive professional experience in leadership roles.
Experience in marketing and/or the application of technology to brick-and-mortar businesses.
Education may vary; an advanced degree in entrepreneurship, business administration, marketing, or technology is desired but not required.
