C&B Manager

Job Duties 

  • Act as a key contributor to lead and deliver the annual compensation cycle, including merit adjustments, market benchmarking, and budget forecasting in collaboration with finance and business leads

  • Evaluate and optimize Group-wide employee benefits program such as insurance, wellness, and leave policies, ensuring value and regulatory alignment

  • Design and administer bonus plans and incentive schemes that support performance culture, productivity and retention

  • Continuously monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of the current reward programs and processes

  • Provide ad-hoc analysis, modeling, and material support for the Reward Committee. Review all temporary and permanent reward changes across employee groups to ensure policy alignment

  • Create long-term compensation strategies that align with our business objectives and reflect market trends

  • Support data accuracy across compensation systems and dashboards, ensuring reliable reporting for decision-making and audits

  • Maintain and enhance internal controls, policies, and documentation to ensure the integrity and effectiveness of total rewards programs

Requirements 

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in total rewards or compensation management, preferably at the group level

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and vendors

  • Proficient in HRIS platforms and advanced Excel, with strong skills in data analysis and reporting. Demonstrates an analytical mindset and the ability to interpret complex data to support strategic decision-making

  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Candidate(s) with less experience may be considered for Assistant Manager
