Job Specifications:

Independently manage the full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and adherence to corporate policies and applicable accounting standards
Primarily responsible for the 公司名稱's daily accounting operations, with a focus on Accounts Payable management, petty cash reimbursements, and inter公司名稱 transactions. Ensure all financial processes are executed accurately and promptly, in strict compliance with 公司名稱 policies and regulatory requirements.
Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports and detailed balance sheet schedules
Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
Contribute to ad-hoc projects and drive process enhancements through proactive analysis and strategic problem-solving

Job Requirements:

Diploma or above in Accounting or related discipline
2–3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with exposure to full set of accounts and F&B operations
Proficient in MS Office and accounting software (e.g. FlexAccount)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
