We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Workshop Supervisor to join our Automotive On-Highway team in the Laverton Workshop. The successful Supervisor will be looking after our Local and Fleet customers who operate Kenworth, Western Star and International Acco heavy vehicles fitted with our 15 and 9 litre engines, respectively.

Impact

• Responsible for leading and mentoring a team of technicians and apprentices
• Consulting with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process from beginning to end
• Ensuring adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and report any issues / incidents to the Branch Leadership
• Completing required documentation
• Being a hands‑on tools Supervisor from time to time

Qualifications and Experience

• Qualified Heavy Diesel Automotive Mechanic or Mobile Plant qualified to 澳洲n standard
• Experience working on engine products and Heavy On‑Highway Vehicles e.g., Kenworth, Western Star, International, Iveco and Dennis Eagle
• Experience in using electronic troubleshooting systems and following defined OEM procedures
• HR (Heavy Rigid License) Truck will be advantageous
• Previous or demonstrated experience in supervising and mentoring in a workshop environment
• Effective communication and organisational skills and be able to multi‑task in a fast‑pace and high‑pressure environment

Due to the operational nature and specific job duties of this role, work is required to be completed 100% in person/On‑site.
