TSE Property Management 公司名稱 Limited, a subsidiary of Tai Sang Land Development Limited, invites applications for the following 職位:-

工作地點: Mid-Levels Central

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of building attendants, including preparing duty roster and performance monitoring
• Monitor and enforce building rules and regulations, such as noise complaints, residents move-in/move-out car parking arrangement
• Handle the enquiry from the tenant or other building user
• Control the access of contractor, building user or visitor
• Handle the emergency matter in 第一頁 instance
• Prepare the daily report, incident report and etc.
• Report to Management Office staff for emergency
• Checking the building facilities and report the status to Management Office
• Working hour: 07:00 - 19:00, 6 day workweek

Requirements

• Form 5 or above
• Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit
• 3 - 5 years’ working experience in security or property management 公司名稱
• Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Basic operation on MS Office
