About the role

As a Business Analyst for the finance operation team, you will play a vital role in facilitating system projects, liaised with stakeholders and UAT testing

Responsibilities

• Collect and document business requirements to support finance operations projects.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders including Finance, IT, Compliance, and operations to understand and address business needs.
• Prepare test cases and assist in the planning and execution of system and user acceptance testing.
• Support process improvements across finance functions especially in payment process
• Contribute to the successful delivery and implementation of finance-related projects to enhance operational efficienct

Requirements

• Minium 5 years' experience as a business analyst/project management for finance system project
• Experience with finance project, including requirements gathering and UAT.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional communicator, able to influence outcomes and foster collaboration across teams.
• Proficient in both English and Cantonese.
