Business Analyst

We are actively seeking an accomplished Business Analyst to join our Digital Engineering team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders, leveraging your well-developed competencies in the practice of business analysis. Reporting to the Business Analysis Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting project delivery, ensuring successful outcomes for our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and assist in translating them into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.

• Design wireframes and front-end user journeys to illustrate the proposed design, gather feedback from business stakeholders, and refine the design accordingly

• Support the documentation of current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.

• Contribute to business cases, reports, and presentations by providing analytical input and insights.

• Work alongside project managers, engineers, and QA teams to help meet project goals and timelines.

• Assist in preparing test plans and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), helping validate functionality and investigate defects from a business perspective.

• Help create user-friendly training materials to support solution adoption post-launch.

• Maintain awareness of trends in customer-facing business and the power and utilities sector

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, digital product support, or technology project coordination.

• Basic understanding of project delivery methodologies and ability to adapt to changing project needs.

• Exposure to customer-facing business, engineering, or utilities sectors is a plus.

• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for business stakeholders.

• Interest in cross-functional collaboration and innovation projects.

• Eagerness to learn and stay updated on new technologies and industry trends.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
