Working alongside a wonderful team in The Peak Complex, we are seeking a Building Services Supervisor to support our Building Services Team.

• Combine hands-on technical responsibilities with supervisory duties for career growth
• Work on a variety of engineering and maintenance projects
• Market-leading remuneration including 5-day work week, 3-day carers leave, medical insurance coverage (including dependents), non-contributory retirement plan and performance bonus

Key Accountabilities:

• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the buildings, physical plants and engineering facilities of The Peak Complex.
• Assist the Building Services Engineer in supervising the Building Services Team to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient E&M works, including preparing monthly duty rosters and work shifts.
• Manage expenses within approved limits and maintain accurate inventory of materials, tools, and equipment to support operational requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections of all areas and manage handover/takeover of premises with tenants, addressing E&M and building defects promptly.
• Plan and execute scheduled maintenance programs and respond to service requests in a timely manner.
• Supervise building systems and monitor contractor performance to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Oversee E&M and builder works, including air conditioning, electrical systems, fire services, plumbing & drainage, painting, and plastering.
• Provide technical support for marketing and sales activities, including but not limited to PA systems, temporary power supply, and event lighting setup.
• Perform duties during emergencies, promote safety through toolbox talks and ensure compliance with 公司名稱 policies.

General Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Building Services with proven supervisory skills.
• Proactive team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, calm under pressure, detail-oriented and meticulous.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.
• Certificate of Registration as an Electrical Worker (Grade A or above) is preferred.
