Our client is a main contractor specializing in commercial fitting out looking for some right candidates to join their team.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with sub-contractors, vendors, clients, architects and consultants on site E&M matters
Assist in design works, project planning and operations of E&M systems
Prepare project documents and drawings, attend site meetings, project implementation, site progress monitoring and supervision, etc.
Requirements
Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineer
Min 2 years' relevant exp in building services / fitting out projects / HVAC
Familiar with project co-ordination & site progress monitoring
Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
More experience will be considered as Sr Building Services Engineer
