Responsibilities:
Provide personal banking services at branches.
Identify the financial needs of existing and prospective customers, including products and services.
Offer suitable financial products and services, such as investments, insurance, and other banking solutions, to meet customer needs.
Collaborate with Branch Managers, District Managers, Investment Counselors, Wealth Coaches, and other stakeholders to build strong sales pipelines and meet key performance indicators.

IIQE (1, 2 & 3)
HKSI (1, 7 & 8)
CB Professional Qualifications
Requirements:
A university degree or equivalent. Preferred qualifications include IIQE (1, 2 & 3) and HKSI (1, 7 & 8).
At least 2 years of solid experience in retail banking products and services, including comprehensive investment and insurance products. Experience in retail banking is a strong advantage.
Ability to influence key stakeholders to refer and cross-offer potential business opportunities for sustainable growth.
Proficient in both verbal and written English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is a plus.
Candidates with less experience may be considered for the role of Deputy Relationship Manager, Wealth Management.
