About The Role
As a Bartender - Red Sugar, you will be focusing on delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring timely, courteous and professional service.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality service to guests and ensure their satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the bar section before and after service according to Hotel standard.
Gather guest feedback for continuous improvement of service.
Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
About You
At least 1 year of relevant experience in the Hotel or F&B Service Industry.
Strong knowledge of standard drink recipes, spirits, wine and beer.
Good understanding of alcohol, glasses, brand names and garnishments.
Customer-oriented and self-motivated team player.
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
