Wilson Excel is a fast-growing professional banking and payment consulting firm established in October 2020. Originating from London with the founder bringing nearly 20 years of commercial and corporate banking experience, we now operate across London, 香港, and the Greater Bay Area of China.

With an extensive network of worldwide banking and payment partners, we deliver bespoke, end-to-end solutions that help businesses of all sizes — especially in fintech, cross-border trade, e-commerce, and high-risk industries — open global accounts, optimise FX rates, streamline cross-border payments, launch card programmes, and secure alternative banking channels.

Our mission is simple: Customise banking & payment solutions exactly to our clients’ unique needs so they can save costs, accelerate cash flow, reduce operational friction, and grow faster.

We are now expanding our 香港 team and looking for passionate, client-focused talent to join us!

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise closely with corporate clients to understand their business operations and specific banking/payment/remittance challenges
• Analyse client needs and match them with the most suitable digital platforms and partners from our extensive network
• Gather all required documents and information from clients, ensuring full alignment with the specific KYC, AML, and compliance requirements of each partnered payment channel and platform
• Arrange necessary documentation and conduct initial KYC and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) before referring clients to the platforms
• Manage the full end-to-end onboarding process for onboarding (local & multi-currency), FX solutions, cross-border remittances, card acquiring/issuance programmes, and alternative banking options
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, deliver excellent after-sales support, and proactively identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities
• Stay updated on regulatory changes (HKMA, SFC, MAS, FCA, etc.) and latest fintech/open- banking developments
• Support marketing and business development activities (proposals, webinars, client events)
• Work closely with the founder and senior consultants to continuously enhance service quality

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in banking, payments, remittances, fintech, PSP, EMI, or related fields (Less experience will also be considered for the post as “Associate”)
• Solid knowledge of account opening, KYC/AML/CDD, FX, cross-border payments, and card solutions is highly preferred
• Excellent communication skills (English + Cantonese/Mandarin is a strong advantage)
• Proactive, organised, and able to handle multiple client projects simultaneously
• University degree or above (Business, Finance, or related preferred)
