Responsible for supporting the business process team to standardize an operating model for ERP driven processes in the retail environment. The Functional Lead will translate business requirements from the process team into technical solutions keeping in mind the best market practices adopted in major ERP systems. The 職位 will involve frequent direct exposure to the commercial, marketing, planning and supply chain teams, with end-to-end engagement with the store operation Team.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Head of Technical Delivery on overall functional design and solution delivery activities.
Maintain, review the quality of and provide approval to business blueprints documents.
Review Configuration Documents, System Configurations and oversee the execution of Functional Unit Test (FUT) or Configuration.
Review system environment Configuration according to the agreed list of configurations and perform manual configuration (general settings).
Review and contribute to functional specification documents.
Review and approve functional unit test cases and perform function unit tests on the agreed list of configurations and developed enhancements.
Lead or participate in the development of Oracle Cloud Extensions for custom requirements, including UI enhancements, new forms, and bolt-on solutions.
Review the design of integrations using Oracle’s API-第一頁 approach (REST APIs, Webhooks, RDS APIs), ensuring robust, secure, and reusable connections between Oracle and other enterprise systems.
Review and approve IUT, SIT, and UAT test scripts.
Support the cutover phase on various cutover activities (cutover plan preparation, configuration, smoke-testing, functional support).
Drive process automation and data integrity initiatives, including mass uploads and integration with other financial and merchandising systems.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in retail/commercial management of supply chain, warehouse/3PL management, supply/demand planning and inventory management is preferred.
Experience in ERP system implementation or roll-out is required.
Strong experience as a functional analyst, process mapper and application solution designer are a must.
Strong analytical, communication & negotiation skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and issues.
Creative, independent, resourceful, and willing to drive change.
Able to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
Well-organized and customer-focused with an ability to manage different priorities in a global setting.
Experience of working in a highly matrixed organization is a strong advantage.
Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese is a must.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or a related field.
