The Role

We're hiring a Video Editor with strong commercial instincts and solid technical control. Editing craft is the priority. After Effects and motion graphics are helpful, but not required.

You'll shape raw footage into campaign-ready films, from early animatics through final delivery. This role requires someone who can balance creative judgment with technical precision.

What You'll Do

Edit campaign videos from pre-visualization through final delivery
Build strong openings and maintain tight pacing
Execute clean, purposeful transitions
Cut and refine music (including working with stems) and create rough sound design when needed
Prepare projects properly for color grading and visual effects
Assemble and QC final masters for delivery across platforms
Manage two projects simultaneously without compromising quality
Use efficiently for review cycles and version control
Integrate AI tools where they improve workflow
Support junior editors when required

What You Bring

5+ years of professional editing experience (agency or tech preferred)
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
Strong understanding of project organization and post-production pipelines
Technical confidence preparing handoffs to colorists and VFX artists
Technical accuracy in conforming, exporting, and final delivery assembly
Working knowledge of file formats, codecs, and post-production SOPs
Solid experience using in collaborative environments
Ability to handle two active projects at once
Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and narrative clarity
Comfort working from English scripts, even without voiceover
Extreme openness to new workflows, tools, and evolving production methods

Compensation & Terms

Salary: HKD 19,000–22,000 per month, depending on experience
Standard 香港 employment contract
3-month probation period
