Senior IT Engineer

My client is seeking a seasoned Senior IT / Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain a scalable, secure, and high-performance IT infrastructure supporting over 150 users across office and retail environments. The role focuses on establishing a replicable infrastructure framework that supports future office expansion, with a strong emphasis on network performance, reliability, and cybersecurity.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and Wi‑Fi) serving 150+ users.
Develop a standardized network framework to enable reliable and efficient setup across multiple 地點s.
Strengthen cybersecurity posture through network and email security management, firewall optimization, and threat monitoring.
Diagnose and resolve system performance issues, reducing latency and enhancing overall speed and responsiveness.
Administer and maintain Microsoft Windows-based (on-prem/virtual) servers, Active Directory, and domain environments.
Provide helpdesk and technical support to internal users with a focus on responsiveness and service quality.
Collaborate with management and vendors to address infrastructure expansion and resource planning.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Hands-on experience managing IT infrastructure and networks for 150+ users.
Strong expertise in network security, threat prevention, and email security solutions.
Proficiency with firewalls, routers, switches, VPN setup, and Wi‑Fi configuration.
Solid experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and hybrid environments.
Proven ability to analyze network performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize speed and uptime.

KPI: Maintain high network uptime, optimize system performance, prevent cyber risks, and ensure rapid IT support response.
