Our client is currently on the lookout for an exceptional UX Designer to join their high-functioning, talented product team. In this role, you will help deliver high-impact digital products for internal teams (including relationship managers, investment teams, and financial specialists) who serve high-net worth clients across APAC.

Their digital platforms cover end-to-end client service experiences—ranging from onboarding, account management, and product discovery to portfolio management, order placement, tracking, and approvals.

We are looking for a UX professional with strong end-to-end product design capabilities and a research-informed mindset. Whilst you should be comfortable participating across the full design lifecycle, our client welcomes individuals who bring deep expertise in user research, interaction design, experience strategy, or visual design. Exposure to service design and systems thinking is required.

Role and Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Domain Leads, Product Owners, and stakeholders to synthesize qualitative/quantitative data into cohesive, intuitive, and value-driven product experiences across web and mobile.
• Lead every step of the product design process—crafting user journeys, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and other strategic experience artifacts that integrate seamlessly into our broader wealth management ecosystem.
• Conduct user research to uncover pain points, behaviors, and unmet needs, translating those insights into impactful design solutions that empower users to make confident financial decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate designs into successful products, and apply service design principles to optimize cross-channel user journeys.
• Advocate for accessibility standards (WCAG and ADA) and partner with the broader global UX team to promote best practices and a design-centric culture.

Key Requirements

• 8+ years of UX design experience with a strong track record of contributing to successful product launches.
• Deep knowledge of UX design, user research, interaction design, information architecture, and experience strategy (with depth in one or more areas).
• Proven experience conducting discovery and validation research and using insights, user data, and prototyping to drive design choices.
• Exposure to service design methods (e.g., journey mapping, service blueprinting, cross-channel design) and systems thinking.
• Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, AI-assisted tools) and a solid understanding of web/mobile design patterns.
• Thrives in collaborative, exploratory environments with high levels of ambiguity; strong active listener and active contributor to workshops, design critiques, and brainstorming sessions.
• An outstanding portfolio demonstrating research-driven problem-solving for both business and user needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
