Job Summary

The Markets Systems team is responsible for delivering 第一頁‑in‑class systems for trading, market data dissemination, and surveillance monitoring in cash and derivatives markets. We manage the full software development cycle, including architecture design, development, testing, and implementation of mission‑critical systems, while partnering with infrastructure and cybersecurity teams to keep these systems operational in 香港’s fast‑growing financial markets.

Job Responsibilities

Software development of core exchange trading and market data functionalities.
Responsible for system analysis and architecture design of trading and market data platforms.
Produce project deliverables such as functional specifications, design documents, and test plans.
Collaborate with user divisions to collect business requirements.
Carry out production support.
Assess technological risk and drive mitigation actions.
Collaborate with other IT teams on activities impacting shared systems.
Establish technical excellence and adopt industry best practices.
Uphold compliance with organizational policies and standards.

Job Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or related disciplines.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
Experience in developing large‑scale mission‑critical market systems.
Solid skills in C/C++, Java, .NET, Python, networking, web technology, and databases.
Good understanding of DevOps, the securities and/or derivatives industry, and requirements/contracting management.
Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, and people‑management skills.

Shift: Standard – 40 Hours per week (香港 SAR)
