Job Description

As an Assistant Manager in the insurance department, your main responsibilities include:

Managing and reviewing insurance policies to ensure compliance and coverage adequacy.
Assisting in risk analysis and implementing mitigation strategies.
Coordinating with internal teams and external insurance providers for policy renewals and claims management.
Preparing detailed insurance reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Monitoring market trends and recommending updates to insurance strategies.
Providing support for audits and ensuring all insurance-related records are up to date.
Advising on insurance best practices to safeguard the organization's assets.
Assisting in budgeting and forecasting for insurance-related expenditures.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Assistant Manager Should Have:

A strong understanding of insurance policies, claims, and risk management processes.
5 years of relevant experience handling employee benefits insurance.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in preparing and analyzing insurance-related documentation.
The ability to stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
