The Role

AVP/VP, Origination and Execution, DCM, IBD

Key Accountabilities

  • Mid-level member of DCM team, responsible for providing clients with comprehensive bond underwriting services;
  • Possess end-to-end project execution capabilities, providing market information to clients and make recommendations for issuance timing and pricing;
  • Led the execution of major projects, able to arrange roadshows independently, pricing, and other activities;
  • Strong marketing skills with the ability to maintain good relationships with Issuers and investors;
  • Experience as a rating advisor or green advisor is preferred;
  • Provide guidance to junior members of the DCM team;
  • Such other tasks assigned by team leader from time to time.

Skills & Experience

  • University graduate or higher, in finance, economics, accounting or law related degree preferred;
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in DCM in investment banking, experience in Chinese offshore DCM market is preferred; candidates with over 2 years of full time working experience in 香港 or overseas is considered as an advantage;
  • Experience in a credit rating advisory role is highly preferred;
  • Pleasant, presentable and a good team player;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Good written skill in English and Chinese. Fluent in Mandarin and English is mandatory, able to converse in Cantonese is preferred.
