The role involves designing and implementing a centralized coaching program aimed at enhancing the skills and business mindset of people leaders and the salesforce. The primary focus is on improving customer centricity, productivity, and professionalism. Key responsibilities include delivering leadership training for people leaders, refining salesforce capabilities in financial planning and customer engagement, and regularly updating the coaching plan to align with evolving customer needs and new product/system launches. Main Responsibilities
Design a centralized coaching plan for our people leaders and salesforce to uplift their skillset, transform their business mindset to increase customer centricity and uplift their productivity and professionalism.
Provide a series of coaching sessions to train up our people leaders their leadership skills and competency on driving business and using different sales management techniques
Improve our salesforces’ skill in financial planning, ability to map suitable wealth solutions, customer engagement and sales activity management
Review the coaching plan regularly to incorporate the change of customer needs and new product/system launched
Work closely with different stakeholders and support regional initiatives on ad hoc projects in relation to frontline staff competency
Job Requirement
Degree holder or related discipline
Minimum of 10 years on staff coaching or training experience preferred in retail banking
Knowledgeable in wealth management and cultural change training
Proficient in both written & spoken Chinese & English
