As an Assistant Vice President of Sales, you won’t just be “selling”; you will be a strategic partner to the world’s most sophisticated financial decision‑makers within the mutual funds, hedge funds, and private equity investment landscape.

Your Mission

You will lead the end‑to‑end sales lifecycle, hunting and closing new business within core 香港, 新加坡, and/or South China markets across both equities and private equity asset classes. This is a high‑autonomy role requiring executive presence and an insight‑led approach.

  • Own the Cycle: Execute the full sales stack—from strategic prospecting and lead qualification to high‑level negotiation and conversion.
  • Strategic Territory Planning: Develop and execute quarterly plans to penetrate market‑fit parameters and exceed new business quotas.
  • Insight‑Led Selling: Navigate complex organizational structures to identify key stakeholders, understanding their unique asset classes and business challenges.
  • Collaborate & Scale: Partner with Account Management to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Expertise: Become a subject‑matter expert in Third Bridge’s primary research suite, maintaining a competitive edge in Asia.
What You Bring
  • Experience: 3+ years of high‑performance institutional sales experience, ideally within Financial Services.
  • Track Record: A proven history of meeting or exceeding aggressive quotas and managing complex, multi‑stakeholder negotiations.
  • Acumen: Deep understanding of the institutional investment industry and the ability to multitask with strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Drive: A self‑starter mentality with the intellectual curiosity to master new products and market shifts.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Language: Bilingual in English and Mandarin languages preferred.
