Associate Director / Director, DCM

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the origination, structuring, execution, and syndication of DCM, mainly focus Chinese offshore bond, LGFV offshore bond.

• Expand and maintain the strong relationship with potential issuers, investors, intermediaries;

• Prepare the pitching desk, provide market updates, pricing recommendations and support proposals to clients;

• Coordinate with different parties and overseeing transaction, settlement processing;

• Any ad hoc projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in any disciplines;

• Proven track record of DCM deals, capability to build new network, deal sourcing;

• At least 8 years work experience in DCM,

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with outgoing personality;

• Good quantitative and analytical skills to conduct business plans and proposals;

• Experience in origination of corporate bond issuance with relevant operations and procedure is a must;

• Detailed-minded with strong organization, interpersonal skill to originate deals is needed;

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
