Chong Hing Bank Limited was founded in 香港 in 1948. The Bank and its subsidiaries (including Chong Hing Securities Limited and Chong Hing Insurance 公司名稱 Limited) offer comprehensive commercial banking and financial services to individual and corporate customers. These services include HKD and foreign currency deposits, credit, foreign exchange, wealth management, investment, securities, insurance and mandatory provident fund. The Bank currently operates a network of more than 30 branches in 香港 as well as 1 branch in Macau, 17 branches and sub-branches in Mainland China. In recent years, the Bank has been actively expanding its business. To cope with the Bank's rapid growth, we are now inviting high calibre candidates to join us and develop successful careers with us.
Responsibilities

  • Provide one-stop and all-rounded HR advisory service to designated business/support units to achieve their business plan, covering end-to-end recruitment services, manpower planning, staff engagement and development, staff relations and counseling, staff performance management and all people-related agenda
  • Work closely with the line managers in the year-end bonus and salary review exercise
  • Review and streamline HR policies and procedures to enhance overall efficiency
  • Prepare MI reports and analytics on people related metrics
  • Propose and drive staff engagement initiatives for proactive staff retention as well as enhancing staff morale and commitment
  • Ensure all recruitment and HR related activities are in compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements
  • Participate in HR, staff engagement and employer branding projects
Requirements
  • University graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related discipline
  • At least 8 years’ experience in HR with minimum 5 years’ experience in HRBP role, preferably in banking/financial services industry
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations
  • Proactive, self-motivated, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
  • Client centric and team player with proven stakeholder management experience
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferred
