About The Role
As an Assistant Procurement Manager, you will support the overall procurement function by managing purchasing activities, supplier relationships and ensuring compliance with Hotel standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing procurement activities and ensure timely acquisition of goods and services for the properties in HK region.
Support the development and implementation of sourcing strategies in compliance with the standards and best practices of the hotels and the Group.
Coordinate with Departments to establish product specifications and purchasing requirements.
Conduct market research, price comparisons, and assist in tender preparation and evaluation.
Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality, cost, and delivery standards.
Maintain accurate records of procurement and assist in preparing reports for management review.
Perform any other duties or special projects as assigned by Management.
About You
Higher Diploma or above in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, with exposure to Hotels in similar capacities will be an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; solid knowledge of tender processes and procurement systems.
Strong negotiation, analytical and organizational skills.
Proactive and detail-oriented team player.
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
