Responsibilities

  • Provide all-rounded administrative support to the HR team, including managing office supplies, maintaining a systematic filing system, ensuring database accuracy, and preparing HR-related correspondence
  • Maintain and update staff records with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality, ensuring full compliance with 香港 employment-related regulations
  • Compile data and prepare routine HR reports to support departmental analysis and operational needs
  • Assist in the planning and organization of staff engagement events and well-being activities to foster a positive workplace culture
  • Handle benefits-related matters, including employee compensation, medical insurance administration, and the employee assistance program (EAP)
  • Assist in tracking employee leave records to support accurate payroll processing and ensure adherence to HR policies
  • Perform ad hoc duties and provide support for various HR projects and initiatives as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in HR Management, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related legislations
  • 2 – 3 years working experience in HR functions, preferably gained in NGOs or public sector
  • Must be proactive, multi-tasking and able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented, able to work independently and under pressure
  • Proficiency in PC knowledge and familiar with MS Office especially in Excel and PowerPoint as well as Chinese Word Processing
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with good (Chinese & English) writing skills
  • Familiar with artwork design software will be an advantage
