Job duties:
Act as the key person to drive the HRIS development and implementation project according to the predefined timeline.
Collaborate with Group HR, IT, and vendors on user requirements collection to ensure the deliverables can meet the organizational needs and align with the HR policies.
Monitor the data migration activities to ensure data integrity.
Conduct system testing, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing, to ensure system performance and data accuracy.
Create and maintain system documentation, user guides, and process workflows to support HRIS operations.
Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to optimize HRIS functionality and user experience.
Support other HR projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a relevant discipline.
Minimum 7 years' relevant experience with focus on HRIS implementation.
Knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related ordinances.
Familiar with SAP SuccessFactors, Cityray and BIPO is an absolute advantage.
Good project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently under tight timeline.
Proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
