(Assistant) Manager, Digital Experience & Innovation

A reputable local Bank in 香港 is looking for a talent to assist in designing and implementing best digital experience and customer journey (including e-Banking, Mobile Banking channels, Public Website, Conversational Banking) strategies for personal and SME customers to increase the number of active users and usage by delivering comprehensive digital banking services.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement digital experience and customer journey for digital channels, which include internet banking, mobile banking, conversational banking, and other digital related channels
  • Explore and drive innovation of digital products, solutions and initiatives for both personal and SME customers
  • Enhance existing products/services to improve the omni-channel customer journey
  • Involve in project life cycle for digital projects including user requirements preparation, review of User Acceptance Test cases and results, preparing customer communication and internal training, etcWork with teammates on digital initiatives to increase the competitiveness of the platforms
  • Work with IT and other stakeholders to explore new solutions to increase the efficiency of the digital communication channels
  • Ensure internet activities comply and fulfill regulatory requirements and protect the best interest of customers
  • Monitor the usage of digital services and stay updated with the market trend
  • Prepare competitors' benchmarking and analysis

Requirements:

  • Degree or above with major in Business Administration, Marketing, e-Commerce, Information Technology or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years relevant experience in banking industry with proven track records in customer experience and customer journey management, include e-Banking and mobile banking channels.
  • Experience in conversational banking, Open API is preferred
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical and planning skills
  • Detail-oriented & able to work under pressure to meet tight schedule
  • Good communication skills including both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Knowledge in HTML, CSS and JavaScript is preferred
  • Title and offer commensurate with previous experience and qualification
