As our 香港 office continues to grow, we are looking for a talented Assistant Lighting Designer to join our team and contribute to some of Asia’s most prestigious architectural projects.

As an Assistant Lighting Designer, you will support and deliver lighting design solutions from early concept through to final installation, working closely with both internal teams and external project partners.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing lighting designs across all project stages, from concept design to construction and installation
Collaborating with architects, interior designers, engineers, suppliers, and clients throughout the design process
Producing high‑quality deliverables including sketches, lighting layouts, specifications, renderings, and design documentation
Providing lighting design advice and technical recommendations to clients
Reviewing proposed fixtures, fittings, circuitry layouts, and supplier submissions
Attending site inspections to assess installation quality and coordination
Supporting the wider team with technical, documentation, and design tasks across multiple projects
What do we need from you
A Higher Diploma or above in Electrical Engineering, Interior Design, or a relevant technical discipline
Experience working withing the lighting design space
The ability to independently manage all stages of a lighting design project
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
A proactive, responsible, and supportive team‑player mindset
Ambition and a clear desire for continued professional and personal development
Technical skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, MS Office, InDesign, and DIALux
Knowledge of electrical systems, lighting controls, and energy‑efficiency strategies (advantageous)
Experience with 3D and rendering software such as Revit, Rhino, Enscape, Lumion, or D5 (highly regarded)
