Assistant IT officer - Technical Support

 Job Responsibilities

• Support IT operation, including ERP, Wifi Connection & Network Utilization management etc.
• Responsible for providing technical support, maintenance and installation of hardware & software, server and networking administration.
• Assist in-house systems testing, documentation and maintenance.
• Update and maintain computer equipment and software inventory and incident documentation.
• Knowledge in BarTender Label Design is an advantage.
• Handle ad-hoc assignment as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Computer Science or IT related subjects 
• At least 1 years relevant experiences (Fresh graduate will also be considered)
• Independent, initiative, self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Willing to work under pressure and able to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, can speak in Putonghua is a MUST
• Immediate available is highly preferred
