A leading multinational organization in Hong Kong is seeking a skilled Assistant HR Manager - International Mobility to join their HR team in a confidential search. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive international mobility programs, collaborating with business units and the C&B team to ensure seamless transitions and alignment with group policies in a dynamic, global environment.

Description

  • Oversee end-to-end international mobility processes for expatriates, including relocations, cross-border assignments, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with global regulations.
  • Partner with the internal C&B team to review and design expatriate and senior leaders compensation packages, including salary, allowances, and benefits, ensuring alignment with group policies and market benchmarks.
  • Work closely with business units to review proposed mobility frameworks, providing expert advice and recommendations to align with organizational policies and strategic objectives.
  • Utilize strong data analytical skills to conduct package benchmarking, analyze market trends, and assess mobility program effectiveness. Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
  • Influence and build relationships with diverse stakeholders, including business leaders and HR teams, to drive consensus on mobility strategies and policies.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management, outlining proposed changes, rationales, and impacts of mobility programs, ensuring transparency and strategic alignment.

Profile

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 6 years of HR experience focused on international mobility, expatriate management, or compensation and benefits.
  • Strong knowledge of C&B principles, including package design, benchmarking, and market analysis.
  • Exceptional data analytical skills, with proficiency in interpreting HR metrics and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
  • Strategic mindset with strong organizational and multitasking skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
