ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES基本工作

• Carry out maintenance activities to the services and equipment in guest rooms and other areas of the hotel, ensure the highest standards at all times; 負責酒店的所有設備的日常維修和保養，以確保酒店正常和安全運行，包括樓宇建築結構、裝修和所有與機械相關的設備
• Supervise shift team of multi skilled technicians and outsourced/specialist contractors; 監督技術員、外判商及承建商的工作

• Comply fully with health and safety instructions, policies and procedures and maintain appropriate standards of conduct, wardrobe, and hygiene; 按照節能和預防性維護計劃進行日常維修和保養工作

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel with at least 2 years in a similar capacity
• Qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• Qualification and proven work experience in building maintenance
