Job DescriptionAbout the Client

Our client is a is a leading automotive group in 香港 and Macau.

Our clientoperatestwo flagship centresand additional10+ outlets across the markets supporting the operations of passenger cars, commercial vehicles and specialised aftersales services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with legal professionals to ensure all leasing contracts are compliant with relevant laws and regulations
  • Manage the leasing process, conducting viewings, negotiating lease terms, and finalizing lease agreements
  • Build and maintain relationships with tenants, addressing any issues or queries they may have, and ensuring their satisfaction with the leased property.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to project administration and leasing
  • Prepare regular reports on project progress and leasing activities for senior management review
  • Stay up-to-date with the property market, including trends in rental rates and property values
Requirements
  • Proven experience in overseeing and managing property development projects, working alongside lawyers and agents, from inception to completion.
  • Strong coordination skills to effectively collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and property owners, ensuring timely project delivery.
  • Ability to liaise with the 公司名稱 secretary on matters related to 公司名稱 setup, annual submission, change of 公司名稱 details, and closure of affiliated companies
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the property market, including trends in rental rates and property values
