Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable (60%)

• Handle full AP cycle: invoice checking, PO/GRN matching, pricing/quantity validation.
• Process vendor payments (cheque, bank transfer, FPS).
• Maintain supplier master data and verify bank/compliance documents.
• Reconcile AP aging and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
• Coordinate with procurement/warehouse on invoice issues.
• Check staff expense claims for accuracy and policy compliance.

General Ledger (30%)

• Prepare journal entries for accruals, prepayments, and month‑end adjustments.
• Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules.
• Perform bank, supplier, and inter公司名稱 reconciliations.
• Support month‑end closing, audit schedules, and reporting.

Compliance & Admin (10%)

• Provide documents for audit, tax filing, and compliance checks.
• Maintain organized digital/physical accounting records.
• Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by Senior Finance Manager.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above in Accounting or related fields.
• 1–3 years' experience; AP experience preferred.
• Experience in FMCG/food/retail/supply chain is an advantage.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting systems.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
• Strong team player with a responsible attitude.
• More experience will be considered as Accounting Officer
