The Role

Analyst/Associate, Customer Service and Dealing Support, Equity Sales & Derivatives

Key Accountabilities

• Provide customer service dealing support;
• Handle customer enquiries across various communication channels (phone calls, email, livechat...) and perform call back to clients if necessary;
• Processing trade orders in local and global equities;
• Operate various trading systems;
• Provide support to the team and carry out other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Skills & Experience

• Degree holder;
• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in financial industry, over 1 year of related full time working experience in 香港 or overseas is considered as an advantage;
• Customer-oriented with good communication skills is essential;
• Strong command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
